1. Services

We offer digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Email marketing strategy
• Campaign design
• Klaviyo flows & automation
• Consulting for ecommerce brands

2. Payments & Agreements

All projects are subject to a service agreement signed after an initial consultation. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are defined in that agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are specified in the signed agreement. Please review that agreement carefully prior to starting any service.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Platform outages (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.)
  
  
• Third-party tool malfunctions
  
  
• Business results, as marketing outcomes vary by case
  
  

You agree to hold Email Wiz harmless from any indirect or consequential damages.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide timely feedback and necessary materials
  
  
• Adhere to agreed timelines
  
  

Respect all terms set forth in the signed agreement

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
